Metrosexuality Getting A Bad Rep? |

A couple years ago, nobody knew what a metrosexual was. This term became the new hot buzz word very quickly and it became a negative word just as quickly. The feeling now is that if a man wants to take care of himself and his appearance that he is a metrosexual... *wink**wink*.. know what I mean?
I might not be the macho stereotype of a man. I mean, I can change a flat tire, but I can't change my own oil. I wear cologne everyday, and have my hair nicely trimmed most of the time. Here's the kicker thought, I wear men's jewelry. Does that make me more feminine, ahem I mean metrosexual as I was before I told you this? Give it some thought. Men are evolving and taking more care of themselves than ever. That's a good thing and that's why products and serives in the beauty and apparel industry are increasingly geared towards men. I think it's grea that men are able to express themselves and show a more creative side of themselves, rather than the greasy mechnic that shows his bum crack. That's my rant for today folks ;)
