In a world where more and more lines are being draw it's a refreshing thing to see social division (mostly caused by misinformation and prejudice) actually help to create a better world.
You see, there is an increasing number of Vegans out there, and to be honest, I really thought that it was a passing craze. This lifestyle definitely seems like a very rigid thing to accomplish in today's busy and often all to quick pace. Personally, while I don't think I could convert to veganism, I definitely agree with their stance towards animal rights and environmental conservation. Not only are they not consuming animal products of any type, but their environment and most interestingly, their apparel reflects their strong stance against harming any type of animal. For example vegan shoes are now making their way into stores all over the world. While I won't give up my hamburger, I think I could stand to buy animal friendly shoes rather than purchasing a leather product alternative. Small change in small doses towards a better world.
